Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals must be made to a verified payment method registered in your name. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Standard withdrawal processing time is under 10 minutes for GCash, Maya, and cryptocurrency withdrawals. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required or if we detect suspicious activity.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
